If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not given notice at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $120.00 cancellation fee except for emergencies.
Individual/Couples Therapy:
Having worked in college counseling centers and private practice, I work well with adults (~18 – 60). I work well with relationship issues, family of origin issues, men’s issues, narcissism, SE/SW, ADHD and learning disabilities, mild to moderate drug/alcohol issues, sexuality/pornography issues, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and grief and loss. I specifically enjoy working with males who need emotion focused work, people who are new to therapy, students with transitional needs, people going through divorce or preparing to get married, and people with ADHD dealing with lifestyle adjustment and identity development.
Co-ed Interpersonal Process Groups:
Groups are for individuals ranging in age from 18 - 60. Enrollment is open, meaning people can start at any time. Membership will be capped at 8. Pre-group orientation sessions are required to determine fit. Members should be able to commit to weekly attendance. Day/time is yet to be determined.
These groups are here-now/emotion-focused in nature. It's for people working on relationships, communication skills, transitional issues, unprocessed emotions, social role/identity development issues, loneliness, depression, and/or anxiety. It's also good for people who need acceptance or support of any kind, a boost in self-esteem, and/or honest interpersonal feedback in a safe environment.
Phone/Video Sessions
Telehealth services are offered on an individual basis. Please inquire if needed.
